Where to start

Three steps for your role

Pick the role closest to your work. Each step is a real module with its place in the menu — you know where to click on day one.

Electrical contractor

You price, build and settle field works.

  1. Price the scope

Field take-off with photos and a bottom-up price from cost items.

In the menu: CRM → Sales offers
  2. Plan the week and crews

Weekly plan, crew assignment and the daily site report.

In the menu: Field delivery → Weekly / daily plan
  3. Hand over and invoice

Handover protocol from the same delivery record, invoice via KSeF.

In the menu: Quality → Handover; Finance → KSeF

Project manager

You run a project from charter to progress settlement.

  1. Create the project charter

A project with its charter (PID), scope and stage gates.

In the menu: Programmes, projects and orders → Projects
  2. Build the schedule and staffing

Critical path from dependencies, plus a staffing plan: roles, people, gaps and date clashes.

In the menu: Resources → Project staffing
  3. Track progress, cost and risk

Progress cards feed Earned Value (CPI/SPI); risks and issues live in the RAID log.

In the menu: Project page → Scope and Risks tabs

Board / investor

You decide on the portfolio and answer to investors.

  1. See the portfolio

Investment portfolios and the Decision Center with budget and risk context.

In the menu: Portfolios and governance → Decision Center
  2. Set risks and rules

Company risk register (ERM) with controls, and policies approved by the owner.

In the menu: Data and analytics → Company risks (ERM); Portfolios → Corporate policies
  3. Prepare the investor conversation

Investor reports and a readiness review computed from platform data — what exists and what is a gap.

In the menu: Board → Investor Readiness

Controls you can inspect

Calculations and gates that work in the product today. We show no customer results, because we haven't measured any yet.

01RUN RATE

Completion forecast

ETA from the last four weeks of measured progress — with an explicit data basis.

02CPM

Critical path

Zero-float tasks and available buffer from the dependency network.

03EVM

Cost of progress

CPI and estimate at completion from measurement-based earned value.

04P80

Risk reserve

Simulation of risks with quantified impact — without inventing missing inputs.

05BILLING

Unbilled completed work

Delivered quantities reconciled with invoices and the current billing period.

06HUMAN GATE

AI in the workflow

Assistants work inside the project

Assistants analyse the project, risks, documents, planning and finance. They propose an answer or an action, and your team reviews and approves it.

AI proposes — people approve

An assistant supports a decision without taking it over. Posting, approval and publishing stay with your team.

  • Project context

Analyses and proposals come from the data of the project you work in.

  • Citations in document analysis

An answer drawn from a document can point to the passage it came from.

  • Explicit human gate

A change that needs a decision or a posting waits for a person.

Data and workflows

Data in the EU, workflows from the Polish market

The project-control model applies across PV, wind, BESS, grid, EPC and SMR delivery. Today, the built-in regulatory layer is specialised for Polish workflows: URE, DSOs, grid connection, FEED/FID and KSeF.

EU infrastructure

Data hosted in the European region and encrypted at rest and in transit.

Polish workflows

URE, DSO, grid connection, FEED/FID, KSeF and JPK built into the product model.

Access control

Organisation-scoped access, roles, audit logs and default denial for public database roles.

Your own organisation, shared code

Each company gets its own organisation. Roles, positions, processes and add-ons are set by configuration, with no separate software version.

Pilot

How the pilot works

Voltsteering isn't sold commercially yet — it is developed and tested on live Voltimer projects. The pilot's scope and duration are agreed in conversation; we don't publish results we haven't measured.

  1. Application

A form: company, contact person, active projects, technologies and the tools you use today.

  2. Conversation

The Voltimer team gets in touch to discuss your projects, the pilot's goal and its terms.

  3. Configuration

A separate organisation for your company: roles, positions, add-ons and processes set by configuration, with no separate code fork.

  4. Work on a real project

Your team runs a real project in the platform, and we review the findings together before deciding on next steps.

Plans scale with the team

Plan scope
Where do I start?

Pick the path for your role in “Where to start”: a contractor begins with pricing the scope, a project manager with the project charter, the board with the portfolio view. Each step names the module and its place in the menu.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons are enabled for the whole organisation: packs (Polish Accounting, CRM Sales, Integrations & Security) and extensions such as extra team seats or file storage. Add-ons marked “Coming soon” are announcements — they cannot be enabled yet.

What does the pilot look like?

An application form, a conversation with the Voltimer team, a separate organisation configured for your company and work on a real project. Scope and duration are agreed in conversation.

Which projects is Voltsteering built for?

For teams delivering PV, wind, BESS, grid, EPC and SMR projects. The project-control model is broadly applicable; the built-in regulatory layer is currently specialised for Polish workflows.

Is the platform commercially available?

Not yet. The platform is being developed and tested on Voltimer projects, with commercial launch planned for Q2 2027. The waitlist is used for product walkthroughs and launch-access updates.

How does AI work inside the workflow?

Assistants prepare analyses and proposed actions from project context. Document-grounded analyses can include source citations. Decisions and accounting actions remain subject to human review.

How is this different from a task manager?

Voltsteering connects scope, measurement, dependencies, risk, cost, protocols and documents in one project model. Progress can therefore feed schedule forecasts, EVM and billing — rather than being just a task status.

How is organisation data protected?

Data is hosted on EU infrastructure and encrypted at rest and in transit. The application scopes access by organisation and role, public database roles are denied by default through RLS, and operations are covered by audit trails.

Bring one real project — see the entire operating flow

Commercial sales open in Q2 2027. Until then, we accept pilot applications on real projects.
